Hempathane HS 55610 is a glossy polyurethane topcoat, cured with aliphatic isocyanate. The product has very good gloss and colour retention and contains zinc phosphate. Complies with EU Directive 2004/42/EC.
For severely corrosive atmospheric environment. Direct-to-metal in C2 and C3 environments. Glossy with very good gloss and colour retention. High volume solids and VOC-compliant. The minimum temperature for curing is -10°C [14°F].
Hempathane HS 55610 is recommended as VOC compliant, high-build finishing coat for protection of structural steel in severely corrosive environment. The product may be specified as a one coat ''direct to metal'' system in environments classified as C2 and C3. It may also be applied directly on galvanised steel.
